Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jean-Paul Schuiling in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Gerjan Staarman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, SV Wissenkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Frits van Loo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Paul Schuiling in the 15th minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frits van Loo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of SV Wissenkerke:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Honduras:s goal. Gerjan Staarman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Honduras booed when SV Wissenkerke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurgen Koole didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gertjan Baars recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 41 minutes, Gertjan Baars managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Wissenkerke's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gertjan Baars was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Gerjan Staarman managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Wissenkerke's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerjan Staarman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute of the match Sjors Breugel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Jean-Paul Schuiling made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Gerjan Staarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frits van Loo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Gerjan Staarman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Ronny Koole made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. SV Wissenkerke's Frits van Loo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 62nd minute of play. Oscar Hilbrands kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Frits van Loo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Gerjan Staarman came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SV Wissenkerke getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ronny Koole hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the game, Gertjan Baars was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV Wissenkerke's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Gertjan Baars hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Gerjan Staarman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jean-Paul Schuiling struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Wissenkerke. A collision led to SV Wissenkerke getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sjors Breugel hit a great ball. Gertjan Baars kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Gerjan Staarman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Honduras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
