Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. Thomas Rix did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Benito Sanz 21 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kosta Kúnov. After 24 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. After 44 minutes, Darin Gladichev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laziali and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Rix, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro da Silva in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Laziali had played much better football throughout.
