Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Jorge Sainz threw the ball into play from the sideline. KS LEW Chorzów's Bernard Milko quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Milko in the 3rd minute of play. Hélio Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th match minute, KS LEW Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luís Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 9th minute of play forced KS LEW Chorzów's goalkeeper Ignacy Zagrobelny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Beninda, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Marian Beninda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hélio Vaz. Joaquin Gayoso had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Marian Beninda's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ignacy Zagrobelny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by KS LEW Chorzów's Hélio Vaz. But to his dismay, Hélio Vaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of KS LEW Chorzów booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of KS LEW Chorzów booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Sainz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Hélio Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Jorge Sainz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Ignacy Zagrobelny in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the game, Oséas Romero threw the ball into play from the sideline. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Francisco Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacy Zagrobelny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Marian Beninda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Hélio Vaz struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS LEW Chorzów. KS LEW Chorzów were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Uruguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marian Beninda took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Pedro Luís Alcântara got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joaquin Gayoso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 95th minute, Hélio Vaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. When the referee blew the final whistle, KS LEW Chorzów could leave the field as winners, despite Uruguay having more of the ball for most of the match.
