Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Ignacy Zagrobelny in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Vaz in the 11th minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match Panama got a corner. KS LEW Chorzów's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by KS LEW Chorzów's Marian Beninda. But to his dismay, Marian Beninda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Beninda, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 34 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Sarmiento. In the 38th minute of the match KS LEW Chorzów got a corner. Panama's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marian Beninda ran over to the corner to take the kick. When KS LEW Chorzów's Hélio Vaz in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panama's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Vaz in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Marian Beninda made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Matthew Garrido hit a great ball. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Beninda in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of KS LEW Chorzów booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Matthew Garrido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS LEW Chorzów the free kick. Matthew Garrido hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute KS LEW Chorzów were awarded a corner. Marian Beninda went to the cornerflag to take it. KS LEW Chorzów's Marian Beninda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcos Cotilla in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 68th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacy Zagrobelny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Panama's Miguel Miralles got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 76 minutes, Hélio Vaz made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Panama's Marcos Cotilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Beninda in the 79th minute of play. Isidoro Sarmiento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Matthew Garrido in the 87th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KS LEW Chorzów's Bernard Milko. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hélio Vaz got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Panama supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KS LEW Chorzów's performance. The match ended with a win for KS LEW Chorzów.
