Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 2 minutes into the game, Matthijs Ebbinge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SCs StarS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 2nd match minute, SCs StarS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthijs Ebbinge to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute Thiago Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Gol in the 6th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Thiago Gol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Thiago Gol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 16 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Secada. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Thiago Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot. SCs StarS's supporters rose to their feet, but Thiago Gol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgar Reitsema made in the 31st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Thiago Gol however managed to control. Jordy Dirks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edgar Reitsema kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thiago Gol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thiago Gol made a kick off. Matthijs Ebbinge took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Thiago Gol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SCs StarS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. A collision led to SCs StarS getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Edgar Reitsema hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, SCs StarS's Florian Hekman got a free kick in the 67th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Gol in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After 74 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Florian Hekman who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Co Scholten to score against Jonathan Ferrant in Venezuela's goal. 6-0 after 74 minutes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Gol in the 78th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Gol came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Thiago Gol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SCs StarS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. SCs StarS made a substitution. Kelvin Dekkers replaced Luka Ramos. In the 87th minute Florian Hekman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes SCs StarS got a freekick which was hit by Jordy Dirks. A collision led to SCs StarS getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Kelvin Dekkers hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Joshua Secada got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the SCs StarS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
