Lobo Guará's Kerimhan Özonder quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Diego Bradley, made in the 3rd minute of the game. 5 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Pereira came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Lobo Guará were awarded a corner. Nando Barbosa went to the cornerflag to take it. Jenson Smith got a throw-in 14 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Monty Rogers. The corner led USA's Raphael Moore to fire away a dangerous shot which Daniel Anaya despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Lobo Guará's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Daniel Anaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Anaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ezequiel Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobo Guará's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Anaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 32nd minute of the match. Daniel Anaya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacob May's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Ezequiel Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 58th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Anaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of USA booed when Lobo Guará was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Ramone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lobo Guará's Aykut Adar was substituted for Kerimhan Özonder. After 60 played minutes Lobo Guará got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Ramone. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Lobo Guará's Daniel Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Lobo Guará was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aykut Adar to maneuver through the defense. Lobo Guará made a substitution. Ciro de Moraes replaced Ezequiel Pereira. The supporters of USA booed when Lobo Guará was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykut Adar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Anaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Lobo Guará getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Aykut Adar hit a great ball. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Daniel Anaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Campbell in the 81st minute of the match. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro de Moraes in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Khalid Parry in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Anaya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro de Moraes in the 87th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the USA defense, Ciro de Moraes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. Daniel Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
