Fan Xi Hong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 11th minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Fan Xi Hong. Squadra de Pippe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Guillermo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Mariano Lacasa put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Fan Xi Hong. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fan Xi Hong having to make a save. Lukasz Rukszcz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. In the 29th minute Squadra de Pippe were awarded a corner. Filippo Massa went to the cornerflag to take it. Fan Xi Hong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Squadra de Pippe's Pastor Ellow got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filippo Massa got free with Thiago Pliego in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lukasz Rukszcz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. If Orlando Casaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Fan Xi Hong in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 53 minutes into the game, Lukasz Rukszcz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 56 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fan Xi Hong was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 61 played minutes Squadra de Pippe got a freekick which was hit by Valérien Derm. 63 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Lukasz Rukszcz came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Fan Xi Hong made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Fan Xi Hong in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Chile booed when Squadra de Pippe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Ellow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Squadra de Pippe made a substitution. Nicu Ichimescu replaced Valérien Derm. In the 71st minute, Pastor Ellow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fan Xi Hong made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Alan Tamayo hit a great ball. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukasz Rukszcz in the 77th minute of the match. Francesco Andreoli made in the 83rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Lukasz Rukszcz however managed to control. 85 minutes into the match, Squadra de Pippe's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Fan Xi Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukasz Rukszcz in the 86th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Tamayo to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fan Xi Hong having to make a save. Chile played a much better game than Squadra de Pippe and deserved their victory. The Squadra de Pippe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
