Vefa Doğay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Outlaws FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Miljan Dragaćevac hit a great ball. If Mané Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 17th minute. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Vefa Doğay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piotr Bielejewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, Outlaws FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Vefa Doğay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Mané Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vefa Doğay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Outlaws FC's goalkeeper Vefa Doğay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Piotr Bielejewski made the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vukašin Kastratović, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Vefa Doğay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 79th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vefa Doğay in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Vefa Doğay in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vefa Doğay having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Bielejewski in the 96th minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Outlaws FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
