Casimiro Eliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Graneros's goalkeeper Bernardino Pacho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Fontirroig. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Jeremias Navarro put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Camilo Freixa. In the 15th minute, Eduardo Fontirroig reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernardino Pacho. The goal made the score 1-1. After a rather tough play, Graneros's Serafin Louis got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Serafin Louis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Fernandino's shot from long distance in the 20th minute was not bad at all, but Graneros's Bernardino Pacho knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. When Alfredo Ferrant fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Alfredo Ferrant a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Alfredo Ferrant got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 24 minutes, Alfredo Mendiko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Graneros and the Bolivia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Mario Fernandino. 29 minutes into the match, Graneros's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Chicote came free, but Bernardino Pacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Pacho came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Bolivia's Julio Chicote. But to his dismay, Julio Chicote quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Bolivia's Francisco Gallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nereo Urbes in the 34 minute of the game. Bernardino Pacho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Fernandino in the 37th minute. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Mario Fernandino took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Bernardino Pacho to make any attempt to save it. Bernardino Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Ferrant in the 40th minute of the match. Mario Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Bernardino Pacho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Fernandino was the one to do the kick off. Romeo Ruisko hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. When Eduardo Fontirroig came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Fontirroig couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Ferrant was shown his second yellow card after 53 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Alfredo Ferrant hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the Graneros players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Eduardo Fontirroig hit a great ball. The supporters of Graneros booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Gallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Hats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Navarro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Camilo Freixa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mario Fernandino might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardino Pacho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mario Fernandino ran back to his position shaking his head. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casimiro Eliu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Camilo Freixa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alfredo Mendiko showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 78 minute of play. The supporters of Graneros booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Fontirroig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Ruisko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bolivia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
