To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A very nice done corner allowed Daniel Zorita to score against Henrique Prata in Grêmio Bulls's goal. 1-0 after 13 minutes. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rowen Doherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Dante in the 21st minute of the match. In the 21st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Romulo Lehen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 played minutes Grêmio Bulls got a freekick which was hit by Amauri Lucas. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rowen Doherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio Bulls's Rowen Doherty. But to his dismay, Rowen Doherty quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Romulo Lehen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Lehen, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Lehen in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Grêmio Bulls were awarded a corner. Sebastião Tróia went to the cornerflag to take it. Sunday Skinas hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Sunday Skinas charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Henrique Prata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Prata in the 69th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 79th minute of play forced Grêmio Bulls's goalkeeper Henrique Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 88th minute Wei Shu Gang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 played minutes Grêmio Bulls got a freekick which was hit by Amauri Lucas. In the 92nd minute, Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Grêmio Bulls's Henrique Prata didn't even have to move.
