Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Holm in the 2nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Hjalmar Axelsson put in a rough tackle. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sneaky sneeks! In the 6th minute there was a penalty for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Martin Lindsten. 0-1. Martin Lindsten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sneaky sneeks getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Henry Holm hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Lindsten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play forced Sneaky sneeks's goalkeeper Martin Lindsten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sneaky sneeks's Sven-Arne Arvidsson got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Holm in the 32nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Martin Lindsten. Sneaky sneeks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Hans Håkansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Lindsten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henry Holm to strike the kick off in the second half. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Lindsten having to interfere. When Sneaky sneeks's Henry Holm in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Lindsten made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Håkansson in the 79th minute of the match. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Lindsten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Håkansson in the 91st minute of play. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Martin Lindsten made a huge save. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sneaky sneeks throughout the match.
