In the 8th minute, Pablo Solchaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 10th minute of play forced All Boys's goalkeeper Luizinho de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Patricio Costa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luizinho de Queirós. That made the score 7-1 in the 91 minute of play. All Boys's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
