ACR SA's attentive Przemyslaw Jajecznica managed to snatch the ball when Juan Diego Tenorio made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Remigiusz Mitus fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. ACR SA's Waldemar Klimkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Jaime Pardo put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Waldemar Klimkiewicz. Waldemar Klimkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Juan Diego Tenorio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Waldemar Klimkiewicz came out and tried to block the shot, but Juan Diego Tenorio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 54th minute. Jose Sanz made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hector Covarrubias however managed to control. 63 minutes into the match, ACR SA's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Diego Tenorio came free, but Waldemar Klimkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Jaime Pardo made a precise shot to the right of Waldemar Klimkiewicz. ACR SA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. 68 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldemar Klimkiewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. Hector Covarrubias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Waldemar Klimkiewicz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Primitivo Escribano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 91 minute of play. In the 95th minute, Primitivo Escribano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Paraguay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ACR SA throughout the match.
