Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Juan Herrera kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Fausto Raymundo in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Felix Montenegro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fausto Raymundo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 8th minute Adolfo Bertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10thth minute of the game Juan Herrera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adolfo Bertin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. In the 14th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fausto Raymundo. The goal made the score 2-0. 17 minutes into the match, Miramar's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Fausto Raymundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miramar's Fausto Raymundo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Miramar from getting a goal against them. Wilfredo Gabino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Miramar were awarded a corner. Mariano Cordearo went to the cornerflag to take it. Miramar's Mariano Cordearo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Lesiecki in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 26th minute of play forced Miramar's goalkeeper Fausto Raymundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Fausto Raymundo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Raymundo made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Agustín Saelices sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Herrera's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Juan Herrera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Herrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58thth minute of the game Klement Lesiecki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fausto Raymundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 66th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fausto Raymundo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fausto Raymundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 68th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Miramar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Miramar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. After 73 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. Juan Herrera struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miramar. Klement Lesiecki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Juan Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Fausto Raymundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Klement Lesiecki sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Miramar's Juan Herrera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Miramar booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Herrera. The supporters of Miramar booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, one of Ecuador:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ecuador. Ecuador walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
