Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Lucas De Gea made a huge save. The supporters of Club Sacode Football CIMZ booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas De Gea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 15th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Alberto Velasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Gao Jie Bing made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. But to his dismay, Alberto Velasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomás Schmidt in the 33rd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Sacode Football CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Octave De Meesemaeckere took the corner. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Julian Murillo 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Velasco in the 43rd minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberto Velasco to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After some careless play in the Club Sacode Football CIMZ defense, Eliseo Mina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas De Gea. Lucas De Gea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Alberto Velasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Peru booed when Club Sacode Football CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gao Jie Bing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Sacode Football CIMZ made a substitution. Enzo Caffrey replaced Brandur Hendrickson. A collision led to Club Sacode Football CIMZ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 81st minute of play forced Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Lucas De Gea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Velasco in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dino Botelho kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. In the 89th match minute, Club Sacode Football CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Botelho to maneuver through the defense. Lucas De Gea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 94th minute of play. Peru's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
