Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Generoso Nazario started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruben Teodor in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruben Teodor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of play forced Defensores de Fasano's goalkeeper Deng Liang Yao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deng Liang Yao didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Generoso Nazario got free with Julio Vera in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deng Liang Yao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 14th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Deng Liang Yao. Defensores de Fasano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Nazario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 minutes Defensores de Fasano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Luis Andino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 29 minutes into the game, Luis Andino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defensores de Fasano the free kick. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. When Ruben Teodor fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Defensores de Fasano's protests and gave Ruben Teodor a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Defensores de Fasano got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Teodor. After 32 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. In the 32nd minute of the match Luiz Andrade sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Generoso Nazario in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Deutsch came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Fasano's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deng Liang Yao came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th match minute, Defensores de Fasano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Generoso Nazario to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Deng Liang Yao was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Deng Liang Yao in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Defensores de Fasano's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. In the 60thth minute of the game Generoso Nazario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores de Fasano's Roland Deutsch. But to his dismay, Roland Deutsch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Teodor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Felix Montenegro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Deng Liang Yao. The goal made the score 1-4. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deng Liang Yao having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Defensores de Fasano's Generoso Nazario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 87 minutes Defensores de Fasano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Deutsch in the 91st minute of play. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Defensores de Fasano throughout the match.
