After 6th play minutes Giorgian Arrascaeta shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Ricardo Zorita and just under the crossbar into goal. Giorgian Arrascaeta might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Zorita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giorgian Arrascaeta ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Warren FC - DMZ's Bernardo Moreira got control of the ball when Mateo Leguizamo tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Warren FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Hélio Nascimento hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. In the 36th match minute, Warren FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélio Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

55 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Zorita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Warren FC - DMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hélio Nascimento in the 56th minute. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Giorgian Arrascaeta took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Ricardo Zorita to make any attempt to save it. Giorgian Arrascaeta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Ricardo Zorita skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Warren FC - DMZ booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Warren FC - DMZ's Fellipe Machado was substituted for Hélio Nascimento. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo got a free kick in the 67th minute. Giorgian Arrascaeta scored 0-7 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72ndth minute of the game Giorgian Arrascaeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Giorgian Arrascaeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Giorgian Arrascaeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Giorgian Arrascaeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giorgian Arrascaeta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ricardo Zorita firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Giorgian Arrascaeta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-9. 85 minutes in the game, Giorgian Arrascaeta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. After 87 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. Warren FC - DMZ made a substitution. Cleiton Duarte replaced Eusébio Vieira. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Marco Tamayo got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 89 minutes, Giorgian Arrascaeta made it 0-10 with a short kick to the right side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute Giorgian Arrascaeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The El Salvador fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Warren FC - DMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
