Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geoffry Lefevre's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. The supporters of Uruguay booed when GFG VOEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costică Ştefănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing GFG VOEL would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
