The throw-in from Paul Klementsson in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Paraguay's Alan Campos. A collision led to Wrexham A.F.C. getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Edvin Rolandsson hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Oskar Lundin during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Wrexham A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Oskar Lundin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paraguay's Xavier Zoido quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Niklas Drake, made in the 27th minute of the game. The supporters of Wrexham A.F.C. booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Pardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Iker Tafalla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wrexham A.F.C. the free kick. In the 30th minute, Iker Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Oskar Lundin, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, David Grep managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wrexham A.F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but David Grep was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wrexham A.F.C.'s Per-Oskar Wiberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 34th minute of play. Paraguay's Alan Campos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Paul Klementsson in the 36 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Emil Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wrexham A.F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Emil Andersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paraguay's attentive Alan Campos managed to snatch the ball when Paul Klementsson made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. Jaime Pardo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. When Hector Covarrubias fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paraguay's protests and gave Hector Covarrubias a yellow card for diving instead. Hector Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Wrexham A.F.C.'s Max Kilstedt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Nores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Emil Andersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Iker Tafalla got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the game, Niklas Drake threw the ball into play from the sideline. Paraguay's Xavier Zoido quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Paul Klementsson's late challenge caught a Paraguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Klementsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Paul Klementsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Andersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Paraguay's Xavier Zoido quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Niklas Drake, made in the 79th minute of the game. 86 minutes in the game Niklas Drake did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Harry Nordlander. Harry Nordlander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Andersson in the 93rd minute of the match. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Andersson in the 95th minute of play. The Wrexham A.F.C. support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
