Noel Seide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 15th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernso Constant to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Van Lint showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 19th minute of the match. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Cefero in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Ernso Constant got a free kick in the 21st minute. When Jonathan Alphonse fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haiti's protests and gave Jonathan Alphonse a yellow card for diving instead. Jonathan Alphonse hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The supporters of Haiti booed when Milagro Sobre Césped was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Rosio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Leon Txatxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Seide was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 41stth minute of the game Leon Txatxu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haiti's Noel Seide was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Milagro Sobre Césped's Leon Txatxu in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Haiti's goalie prevented a goal. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Txatxu in the 46th minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Leon Txatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milagro Sobre Césped's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Txatxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Carlos Van Lint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Cefero came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Haiti's Noel Seide got control of the ball when Teofilo Cefero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute of the match, Leon Txatxu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Noel Seide saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Omar Cordairo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Noel Seide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milagro Sobre Césped's Leon Txatxu got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Txatxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Noel Seide was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Leon Txatxu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leon Txatxu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. 82 minutes into the match, Teofilo Cefero notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Haiti's Noel Seide. Noel Seide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ernso Constant charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernso Constant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Teofilo Cefero kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot Haiti's keeper Noel Seide was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Txatxu in the 94th minute of play. After 95 minutes, Matias Paelemans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Milagro Sobre Césped and the Haiti players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Milagro Sobre Césped's Matias Paelemans got a free kick in the 96th minute. Milagro Sobre Césped's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
