Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kazimierz Birkenhagen started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Du saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NDVX's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of play forced NDVX's goalkeeper Du to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita got in the 8th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Du handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Daniel Zorita sped through NDVX's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Du. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Kazimierz Birkenhagen managed to get in a good position for a shot. NDVX's supporters rose to their feet, but Kazimierz Birkenhagen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Du took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. NDVX's Kazimierz Jastrowicz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luis Andino in the 18 minute of the game. In the 19th minute, Carlos Bento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 25 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dominik Pietrasz who took care of the corner kick. Kazimierz Birkenhagen might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kazimierz Birkenhagen ran back to his position shaking his head. NDVX's Du played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play. Du made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of play. Carlos Bento might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Bento ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute of the match, Kazimierz Birkenhagen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Du breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agustín Saelices during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Pietrasz in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of NDVX's Du. Du was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 56thth minute of the game Carlos Bento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, NDVX's Du got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute Carlos Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, NDVX's goalkeeper Du had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after NDVX's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Du quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Carlos Bento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Du came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 70th minute. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by NDVX's Carlos Bento. But to his dismay, Carlos Bento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. If Kazimierz Birkenhagen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Birkenhagen in the 77th minute of play. NDVX's Du played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 78th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Du saved NDVX from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Birkenhagen came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Bento in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. With a little luck, NDVX's Du got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Du. Du dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. With a little luck, NDVX's Du got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Du having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ecuador had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
