Lucjan Burufski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. AKS Kozienice's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ryszard Jaszyna in the 11th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Lucjan Burufski managed to get in a good position for a shot. AKS Kozienice's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucjan Burufski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kacper Prosowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Burufski in the 24th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. AKS Kozienice's Kacper Prosowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Burufski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Brodzki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AKS Kozienice's Lucjan Burufski got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucjan Burufski in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucjan Burufski struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AKS Kozienice. 70 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kacper Prosowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of AKS Kozienice booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Lucjan Burufski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Lucjan Burufski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucjan Burufski in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kacper Prosowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 88th minute. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. If Edward Brodzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Brodzki in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Kacper Prosowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 96th minute. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
