In the 4th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Obregón Arrizabalaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of J.P. Hauge's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. J.P. Hauge scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Obregón Arrizabalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 16th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from J.P. Hauge, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vachon Luaces. 23 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Obregón Arrizabalaga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. J.P. Hauge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Chancleta SC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Obregón Arrizabalaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Obregón Arrizabalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 37th minute of the match. With 42 minutes on the clock, Jonathan Venegas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Chancleta SC. Vachon Luaces stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling J.P. Hauge in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, J.P. Hauge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and J.P. Hauge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, J.P. Hauge ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vachon Luaces, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Chancleta SC's Rodrigo Vilar was substituted for J.P. Hauge. In the 68th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Vilar in the 80th minute of play. If Leonardo Lomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute of the game Paulo Carlos made a throw-in which Vachon Luaces played forward. In the 91stth minute of the game Rodrigo Vilar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Chancleta SC fully deserved thier win.
