Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Archie Greenwood made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Franco during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Archie Greenwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomislav Strahija saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Archie Greenwood might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Archie Greenwood ran back to his position shaking his head. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Archie Greenwood in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Kentucky Fried Wings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basil Gilroy to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Archie Greenwood managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kentucky Fried Wings's supporters rose to their feet, but Archie Greenwood was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomislav Strahija didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Seco went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 21 minutes, Jorge Sainz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Kentucky Fried Wings players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Archie Greenwood kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Kentucky Fried Wings's Archie Greenwood. But to his dismay, Archie Greenwood quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 30th minute of play forced Kentucky Fried Wings's goalkeeper Tomislav Strahija to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomislav Strahija made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 32nd minute. 36 minutes into the game, Eric Statham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kentucky Fried Wings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Kentucky Fried Wings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Statham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Archie Greenwood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basil Gilroy got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 41st minute, Basil Gilroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Tomislav Strahija when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tomislav Strahija made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 44th minute. The Uruguay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kentucky Fried Wings were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Archie Greenwood was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kentucky Fried Wings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. Archie Greenwood hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Camilo Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomislav Strahija having to interfere. After 60 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Grant Tindale who took care of the corner kick. Kentucky Fried Wings's Grant Tindale was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gayoso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 63 minutes into the match, Kentucky Fried Wings's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Tomislav Strahija reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kentucky Fried Wings's goalkeeper Tomislav Strahija, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kentucky Fried Wings's Son van Basten was substituted for Archie Greenwood. Kentucky Fried Wings's Mao Hong Kuan was substituted for Grant Tindale. Jorge Sainz made in the 74th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Camilo Franco however managed to control. After a rather tough play, Kentucky Fried Wings's Hugh Branston got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Tomislav Strahija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 86th minute of the match. Matt Trueman kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Kentucky Fried Wings's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
