When 徐沙益 fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 山东聊城老伯爵联队's protests and gave 徐沙益 a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to 山东聊城老伯爵联队 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. 徐沙益 hit a great ball. After having played for 13 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to 山东聊城老伯爵联队 getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. 徐沙益 hit a great ball. 康森潮 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 22nd minute of play forced 山东聊城老伯爵联队's goalkeeper 康森潮 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 山东聊城老伯爵联队's 康森潮 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 24th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when 顾青坚 sent off a good shot on target. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 胡光珂's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 陆挺洋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. In the 29th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 康森潮 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 康森潮 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, 山东聊城老伯爵联队's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but 康森潮 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abraham Alguacil kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Abraham Alguacil got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Panama. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 程志树 during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in 山东聊城老伯爵联队 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of 康森潮. 64 minutes into the match, 山东聊城老伯爵联队's goalkeeper 康森潮 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. 65 minutes into the match, 山东聊城老伯爵联队's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but 康森潮 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 康森潮 had great luck who in the 67thth minute grab hold of the ball when Tomas Berganza from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. 康森潮 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by 山东聊城老伯爵联队's 胡光珂. But to his dismay, 胡光珂 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After having played for 76 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Miralles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 康森潮 came out and tried to block the shot, but Miguel Miralles slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 78th minute. When Miguel Miralles came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Miralles couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute 顾青坚 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 顾青坚 in the 95th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 顾青坚, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Panama's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
