Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ivan Pencu kicked off to start the match. After 10 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Dorin Păstrăv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind CRAIOVA JUNIOR's goalkeeper Dorin Păstrăv, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Pencu got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dorin Păstrăv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the CRAIOVA JUNIOR defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorin Păstrăv. The CRAIOVA JUNIOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorin Păstrăv should have stopped the shot. Dorin Păstrăv came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of CRAIOVA JUNIOR booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Gavril Gâfu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dorin Păstrăv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 43rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavril Gâfu in the 45th minute of play. Ivan Pencu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Dorin Păstrăv to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tomas Illescas didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-3 via right post in the game's 81st minute. Venezuela's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorin Păstrăv. Dorin Păstrăv dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gavril Gâfu went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. In the 94th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. The Venezuela players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
