A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. 魏骋耀's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 34th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 韩城昆 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 邵南洲 to make the kick off. A collision led to ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪 getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. 莫桦平 hit a great ball. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 傅鹏烨 saved ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪 from getting behind. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 傅鹏烨. 傅鹏烨 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 邵南洲 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 傅鹏烨 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's 韩城昆. But to his dismay, 韩城昆 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
