Fumo Pocock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Figueroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Oshyros ll's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Fumo Pocock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fumo Pocock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Inautzi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes, Chile's Mariano Lacasa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fumo Pocock came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chile reached it. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Francisco Carballar hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes, Oshyros ll's Leandro Lucado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thiago Pliego came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oshyros ll reached it. After 25 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Alan Tamayo. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Intxixu in the 26th minute of the match. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Djamel Autret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Intxixu came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fumo Pocock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fumo Pocock. Fumo Pocock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Leandro Lucado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Thiago Pliego. Chile's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Oshyros ll's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Fumo Pocock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Oshyros ll's Djamel Autret got a free kick in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fumo Pocock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isaac Intxixu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. In the 70th minute François Marotte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Isaac Intxixu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oshyros ll's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. In the 77th minute, Isaac Intxixu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Oshyros ll defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fumo Pocock. The Oshyros ll fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fumo Pocock should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute of the match, Isaac Intxixu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thiago Pliego was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 94 played minutes Oshyros ll got a freekick which was hit by 孙翀轩. Chile's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
