Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Óscar Caires made a huge save. In the 80th minute, Januário Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Óscar Caires was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Luca Espinar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luca Espinar really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Edmundo Espiga might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Óscar Caires. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmundo Espiga ran back to his position shaking his head. Óscar Caires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Navarro made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Januário Martins. After 93 played minutes, Honduras's Christian Sancho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Óscar Caires came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Honduras reached it. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Januário Martins managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ivan Navarro in the 95 minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arrebimba o Malho SLB.
