Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Alijilán returns's Jacobo Azubeli got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Victor Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of play. When Ecuador's Luis Andino in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alijilán returns's goalie prevented a goal. Victor Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute Co Bayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 12 minutes, Co Bayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alijilán returns's supporters crossed their fingers, but Co Bayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Co Bayo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Co Bayo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Co Bayo in the 21st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wang Cheng Xiang got free with Julio Vera in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Co Bayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Victor Erauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Erauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Erauso came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Wang Cheng Xiang kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 2-1 in the 42 minute of play.
The wind increased when Wang Cheng Xiang made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Wang Cheng Xiang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Co Bayo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cipriano Tavio who took care of the corner kick. Adilson Rocha was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 70th play minutes Co Bayo shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Julio Vera and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 74 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alijilán returns's Wang Cheng Xiang. But to his dismay, Wang Cheng Xiang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Victor Erauso made a huge save. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Alijilán returns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Co Bayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Erauso having to interfere. The Alijilán returns support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
