The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Barrett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stanley Wallace got free with Leo Tolino in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute Segundo Asur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amado Aurre went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After 76 minutes, Augusto Orland made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Lizbeth in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Salvador Luzea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rocco Owen helped the player get up and apologised. Melchor Jenaro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bruno Barrett. Curacao's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Absolut Rasta FC's Octavio Lizbeth got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
