Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Tudor Balțoi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 13th minute, Elemér Udvarhelyi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Timbau CSM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Honduras's attentive Christian Sancho managed to snatch the ball when Silviu Tobă made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. Edmundo Espiga in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tudor Balțoi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristi Ionășescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elemér Udvarhelyi's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Elemér Udvarhelyi came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Timbau CSM's goalkeeper Tudor Balțoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Villa. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tudor Balțoi saved Timbau CSM from getting behind. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Timbau CSM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tudor Balțoi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elemér Udvarhelyi in the 40th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elemér Udvarhelyi was the one to do the kick off. Timbau CSM's Tudor Balțoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Tafalla in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Cristi Ionășescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Cristi Ionășescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 57thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Timbau CSM's Tudor Balțoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristi Ionășescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristi Ionășescu in the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Jupân came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Silviu Tobă threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Christian Sancho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Timbau CSM's Tudor Balțoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Sancho in the 73rd minute of play. Cristi Ionășescu ran back to his position shaking his head. The throw-in from Silviu Tobă in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. In the 94thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Timbau CSM's Tudor Balțoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Timbau CSM walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
