Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikael Liberatore in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sören Tunberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob May in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Mikael Liberatore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wargön's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Liberatore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mikael Liberatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute Mikael Liberatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Wargön fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Wargön's Mikael Liberatore looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nils-Arne Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bayan Baye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. If Mikael Liberatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 35th minute Mikael Liberatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Wargön's Mikael Liberatore. But to his dismay, Mikael Liberatore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Sören Tunberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 41st minute. Mikael Liberatore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 50th minute, Cassius Byrne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wargön's Sören Tunberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Wargön from getting a goal against them. Bayan Baye recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Liberatore came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 played minutes Wargön got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Arne Nilsson. Wargön's Ivar Siöberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Diego Bradley, made in the 70th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Mikael Liberatore sped through USA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Day. Nils-Arne Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Ivar Siöberg made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 81st minute of play forced Wargön's goalkeeper Sören Tunberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Wargön's Ivar Siöberg got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 91st minute of the match USA got a corner. Wargön's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jenson Smith ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, USA's Sören Tunberg threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Khalid Parry, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nils-Arne Nilsson hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Wargön were victorious despite being under pressure from USA for much of the match.
