Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eulalio Xabier got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Mexico booed when UÅ Mästerbotten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Oskar Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by UÅ Mästerbotten's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. 10 minutes into the game, Iwo Posadzki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Eulalio Xabier sent off a good shot on target. Macos Graciani made in the 23rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luca Rouco. Karl-Magnus Ekrot came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Posadzki in the 32nd minute of the match. Karl-Magnus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Iwo Posadzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Iwo Posadzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the UÅ Mästerbotten defense, Macos Graciani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Magnus Ekrot. The UÅ Mästerbotten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Magnus Ekrot should have stopped the shot. In the 45th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Joel Gaona got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 63 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Xabier came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 played minutes UÅ Mästerbotten got a freekick which was hit by Leif Martinsson. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Xabier, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After a rather tough play, UÅ Mästerbotten's Sören Klack got a free kick in the 84th minute. UÅ Mästerbotten's Karl-Magnus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 85th minute of play. After 92 played minutes UÅ Mästerbotten got a freekick which was hit by Rappo Rapado. Karl-Magnus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 95th minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Iwo Posadzki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UÅ Mästerbotten's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iwo Posadzki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mexico played a much better game than UÅ Mästerbotten and deserved their victory. The UÅ Mästerbotten players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
