Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hawelka Himalayan High's Fredrik Bäckström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fredrik Bäckström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Fredrik Bäckström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Dag Eliasson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. Dag Eliasson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Hawelka Himalayan High's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Fredrik Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Mancebo to maneuver through the defense. After 21 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Bäckström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fredrik Bäckström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 23rd minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Jonas Gustafsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 29th minute of play forced Hawelka Himalayan High's goalkeeper Fredrik Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chad Pro. 34 minutes into the match, Hawelka Himalayan High's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Fredrik Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Bäckström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Luca Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fredrik Bäckström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Krister Säf. Fredrik Bäckström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fredrik Bäckström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Koppány Novák stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Fredrik Bäckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 56th minute of play forced Hawelka Himalayan High's goalkeeper Fredrik Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mexico's Luca Zorita in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hawelka Himalayan High's goalie prevented a goal. 62 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Fredrik Bäckström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hawelka Himalayan High's Fredrik Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 65th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koppány Novák in the 68th minute of play. Fredrik Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 69th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Hawelka Himalayan High got a freekick which was hit by Rutger Näfver. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Fredrik Bäckström in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Hawelka Himalayan High's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Luca Rouco drilling the ball in to score 1-6 behind Hawelka Himalayan High's goalkeeper. In the 79th minute, Hawelka Himalayan High's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Hawelka Himalayan High's Fredrik Bäckström got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Hawelka Himalayan High getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Krister Säf hit a great ball. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Fredrik Bäckström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico.
