Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 夏天 杨坚 in the 11th minute of play. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Panama's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mai Ang Xi was slow to take the kick. During this time -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's 夏天 杨坚 getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience was convinced that Abraham Alguacil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilian Zdraşcu was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Costel Frânculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 31 minutes Panama's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mai Ang Xi who took care of the corner kick. The corner led -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Mai Ang Xi to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcos Cotilla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Emilian Zdraşcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 32nd minute of play. Agustín Di Paolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham Alguacil to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tudor Verzea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Ang Xi in the 44th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Marcos Cotilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 夏天 杨坚 in the 52nd minute of the match. 夏天 杨坚 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Emilian Zdraşcu in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Emilian Zdraşcu got control of the ball when Isidoro Sarmiento tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mai Ang Xi in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. In the 81st match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham Alguacil to maneuver through the defense. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mai Ang Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute Costel Frânculescu suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 97th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense.
