With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eddie Tinglöf in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. In the 14th match minute, Schmeissen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute of the match, Abram Sarmiento tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jarl Gunnarsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 17th match minute, Schmeissen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Navarro hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute of the match Jens Apelkvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Manzanares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eddie Tinglöf struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schmeissen FC. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calle Målare in the 25th minute of play. Jan-Åke Gustavsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. In the 32nd minute Schmeissen FC were awarded a corner. Jens Apelkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Schmeissen FC's Jan-Åke Gustavsson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Calle Målare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schmeissen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Calle Målare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calle Målare, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The audience was convinced that Eddie Tinglöf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Tinglöf came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Schmeissen FC's Jens Apelkvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Colombia booed when Schmeissen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Apelkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Calle Målare was the one to do the kick off. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calle Målare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calle Målare in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Schmeissen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Jarl Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarl Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 64th minute of the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Cazalla heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. If Santino Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens Apelkvist in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Schmeissen FC booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Carballar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignacio Mastache in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarl Gunnarsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Jim Lövgren in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Colombia's Abram Secada got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jarl Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 97th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
