A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Valente FC's Paolo Guerrero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. In the 28th minute Kaká Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valente FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kaká Garcia in the 29th minute. A very nice done corner allowed 崔政强 to score against Marcos Cotilla in Panama's goal. 3-0 after 29 minutes. 4-0 became the score in the 32nd minute when Kaká Garcia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 37th match minute, Valente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho de Godoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dida Trigo skillfully saved the ball. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 崔政强, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dida Trigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Valente FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Panama for much of the match.
