Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vinícius do Vale took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute of the match Panama got a corner. Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Panama's Abraham Alguacil to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcel Soares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Vinícius do Vale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's Marcel Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 17th minute of play. After some careless play in the Flu Lawyers Soccer Club defense, Isidoro Sarmiento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Soares. The Flu Lawyers Soccer Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Soares should have stopped the shot. Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Tomas Berganza scored to the left of an out of position Marcel Soares, making the score, 3-0. In the 28th minute, Tomas Berganza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcel Soares. The goal made the score 4-0. A collision led to Flu Lawyers Soccer Club getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Vinícius do Vale hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcel Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's Marcel Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 36th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Marcel Soares to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcel Soares. That made the score 6-0 after 41 minutes of play. Cléberson Messias kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Abraham Alguacil made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's Marcel Soares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Aaron Barrios took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Soares. Marcel Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Manfredo Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Marcel Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Flu Lawyers Soccer Club booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcel Soares came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Tomas Berganza. But to his dismay, Tomas Berganza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Marcel Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcel Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Panama's Alex Cambeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcel Soares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's Marcel Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 85th minute of play. Abraham Alguacil took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Soares. Marcel Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. Marcel Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Soares. Marcel Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-0. There was no doubt that Panama were the better team. Panama's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
