POSSE 1911 FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Modesto Bernat in the 21st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Sérgio Aguero heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience was convinced that Lukas Lundgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukas Lundgren to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, POSSE 1911 FC's goalkeeper Angel Xabel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. After a rather tough play, POSSE 1911 FC's Nicasio Amor got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 89th match minute, POSSE 1911 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Lundgren to maneuver through the defense. Sérgio Aguero scored 1-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Lukas Lundgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
