Mano Hume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Mano Hume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mano Hume was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mano Hume saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-2 became the score in the 21st minute when Julian Murillo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mano Hume narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute, Braulio Hibai made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milagros Fraga in the 35th minute of play forced Utopía Muerta FC's goalkeeper Mano Hume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braulio Hibai in the 37th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Braulio Hibai. After a rather tough play, Peru's Joaquin Prats got a free kick in the 47th minute. The long shot by Ildefonso Abalos in the 47th minute really tested Rolando Noboa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arkadiusz Piatek to make the kick off. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Martinez in the 51st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Uriel Santiago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Mano Hume in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Utopía Muerta FC's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mano Hume came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo was substituted for Arkadiusz Piatek. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Braulio Hibai went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Utopía Muerta FC's Mano Hume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Peru's Milagros Fraga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mano Hume narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mano Hume prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mano Hume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute Braulio Hibai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 played minutes Utopía Muerta FC got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Klocko. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Radoslaw Klocko hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After 89 played minutes Utopía Muerta FC got a freekick which was hit by Anier Johans. After a rather tough play, Utopía Muerta FC's Alp Kaya got a free kick in the 90th minute. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Bermudo in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Rafael Gallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Johans came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Peru players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Utopía Muerta FC.
