After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Artur Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fesport FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aranguiz Mendez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Artur Senna made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Fesport FC got a freekick which was hit by Artur Senna. Artur Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fesport FC's Gong Chao Feng was substituted for Artur Senna. In the 74th minute Gong Chao Feng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Chao Feng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Chao Feng in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Gong Chao Feng made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 89th match minute, Fesport FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Varela to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Chao Feng in the 93rd minute of the match. Marta Rey made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gong Chao Feng went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Fesport FC were the better team. Fesport FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
