It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. In the 5th minute, Dominik Spychalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dominik Spychalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Alkomaty's Lucjan Zawacki quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Matthew Garrido, made in the 18th minute of the game. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Spychalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dominik Spychalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, FC Alkomaty's Miromir Przebendowski got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 32nd minute Dominik Spychalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Alkomaty fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when FC Alkomaty's Dominik Spychalski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Dominik Spychalski's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dominik Spychalski helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes FC Alkomaty got a freekick which was hit by Dominik Spychalski.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Wiater in the 64th minute of play. In the 69th minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Marcos Cotilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcos Cotilla stood somewhat misplaced when Dominik Spychalski came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 72 minute. Dominik Spychalski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. 87 minutes into the game, Dominik Spychalski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla. Dominik Spychalski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. A collision led to FC Alkomaty getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Blas Llin hit a great ball. Felipe Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew Garrido to maneuver through the defense. The Panama fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Alkomaty were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
