In the 5th minute, Canada's Luka Harris ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vitomir Vutov. Vitomir Vutov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aryakumara Snow in the 11th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Canada's zone, Aryakumara Snow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jax Williamson came out of the goal and Aryakumara Snow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Xeromo Garibay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Philotimo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xeromo Garibay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute FC Philotimo were awarded a corner. Stig-Arne Valler went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Philotimo's Patricio Igartua to fire away a dangerous shot which Jax Williamson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Canada getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Nate Mills hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, FC Philotimo's goal looked a bit too open when Koby Wright came free, but Vitomir Vutov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitomir Vutov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Vitomir Vutov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Canada's Koby Wright sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitomir Vutov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xeromo Garibay charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aryakumara Snow was the one to do the kick off. A throw-in in the 51st minute of the game was made by Richard Mccarthy with Rohan Watson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. FC Philotimo's Vitomir Vutov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rohan Watson in the 59th minute of play. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. In the 65th minute, Filip Edwards got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Canada made a substitution. Prince Anderson replaced Carter George. FC Philotimo's Vitomir Vutov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theo Burton in the 69th minute of play. When FC Philotimo's Efrain Fuentes in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Canada's Richard Mccarthy got a free kick in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Philotimo's Didiet Suprianto got a free kick in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Canada had played much better football throughout.
