Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Furkan Erbay took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sören Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 4th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, the Red Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Sören Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sören Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furkan Erbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute the Red Devils were awarded a corner. Selahaddin Yeler went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led the Red Devils's Selahaddin Yeler to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sören Glanselius came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 24th minute, Furkan Erbay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The the Red Devils fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 28 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sören Glanselius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Camilo Gisbert got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luis Andino. 34 minutes into the match, the Red Devils's Furkan Erbay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Furkan Erbay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Selahaddin Yeler was slow to take the kick. During this time the Red Devils's players had a chance to rest. Selahaddin Yeler made a great header on the Red Devils's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 43rd minute of the match the Red Devils got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Selahaddin Yeler ran over to the corner to take the kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes the Red Devils got a freekick which was hit by Jordão Sesimbra. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sören Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Sören Glanselius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 59th minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Sören Glanselius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Sören Glanselius managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. the Red Devils's Sören Glanselius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save the Red Devils from getting a goal against them. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sören Glanselius came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustín Saelices slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 81st minute. With his leg Sören Glanselius managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than the Red Devils.
