Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gärsnäs BF's Frederick Griscti started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wang Cheng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dane Friebe in the 4th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dane Friebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Frederick Griscti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Frederick Griscti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gärsnäs BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Dane Friebe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 25th minute. Gärsnäs BF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Wang Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wang Cheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Wang Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Leiva in the 36th minute of the match. When George Hägglund came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Gärsnäs BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Hägglund couldn't finish the play. Wang Cheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Wang Cheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Villa went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Sebastian Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Honduras booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Hägglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. After some careless play in the Gärsnäs BF defense, Moises Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wang Cheng. The Gärsnäs BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wang Cheng should have stopped the shot. Wang Cheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 66th minute of play. Dane Friebe struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gärsnäs BF. 73 minutes into the game, Ivan Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gärsnäs BF the free kick. The supporters of Gärsnäs BF booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Tafalla in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match Honduras got a corner. Gärsnäs BF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82ndth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frederick Griscti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmundo Espiga hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Dane Friebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gärsnäs BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Dane Friebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wang Cheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The Gärsnäs BF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Honduras's performance. The match ended with a win for Honduras.
