Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 8 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in StraX Xenon FC's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattias Olofsson came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Hellqvist in the 15th minute of play. Torbjörn Brummer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Hellqvist in the 18th minute of play. If Torbjörn Brummer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Asserlindh in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Asserlindh came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of StraX Xenon FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Asserlindh in the 28th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Brummer came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mattias Olofsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, StraX Xenon FC's Hugo Gernberg got a free kick in the 39th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Hellqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, StraX Xenon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ragnar Runeberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 59th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Mattias Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattias Olofsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 70 minutes into the match, StraX Xenon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Mattias Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Asserlindh got free with Dante Lacasa in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Hellqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Asserlindh got free with Dante Lacasa in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 83rd minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 86th minute. The corner led to Mexico's Joel Gaona getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mattias Olofsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pelle Smedfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Mexico were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of StraX Xenon FC for a fine match.
