In the 16th minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Martinelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Ryttartorpets FF's Stanley Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patrik Linqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Felix Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Görkem Güneş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ryttartorpets FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-2.
