Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. Matthias Ekegren took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 9 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Nils Wallander. In the 13th minute Matthias Ekegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Ekegren in the 16th minute of play. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, Juoksengi's Martin Odén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthias Ekegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Matthias Ekegren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Juoksengi booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Tasis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Martin Odén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juoksengi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Odén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martin Odén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute of the match Efrain Moruga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roland Lindström skillfully saved the ball. In the 41st minute of the match, Matthias Ekegren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benito Sanz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Martin Odén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Billy Torsberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Odén was the one to do the kick off. Matthias Ekegren scored 5-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matthias Ekegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Ekegren in the 58th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Juoksengi's Billy Oja got a free kick in the 59th minute. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Roland Lindström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emil Ekegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Billy Torsberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute, Juoksengi's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Axel Tasis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Axel Tasis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Roland Lindström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 76 minutes, Alexander Carballo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Juoksengi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Abel Carballo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roland Lindström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 87 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Emil Ekegren. After 89 minutes, Efrain Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Juoksengi players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Juoksengi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
