Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dan Björnsson got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Puig in the 4th minute of play forced Dåsens IF's goalkeeper Sten Malmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Robin Abrahamsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Robin Abrahamsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Edvin Isaksson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Sten Malmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dan Björnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Benito Sanz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Robin Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Abrahamsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sten Malmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Alcocer in the 32nd minute of play. Sven-Oskar Salkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Robin Abrahamsson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Björnsson got free with Benito Sanz in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the game, one of Costa Rica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Dan Björnsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reine Kvalfält went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 59th minute, Robin Abrahamsson made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Dan Björnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. A collision led to Dåsens IF getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sven-Oskar Salkvist hit a great ball. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute Dan Björnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Dåsens IF getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Sven-Edvin Isaksson hit a great ball. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robin Abrahamsson took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Dan Björnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dåsens IF were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Costa Rica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robin Abrahamsson took the corner. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Dan Björnsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Robin Abrahamsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute Dan Björnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Robin Abrahamsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robin Abrahamsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in Dåsens IF's zone, Axel Tasis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sten Malmberg came out of the goal and Axel Tasis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dåsens IF had played much better football throughout.
